1000 Futures Nigeria

Education should never depend on whether a child can afford a notebook or a pair of shoes. Across Lagos State, Nigeria, thousands of children step into public classrooms every day without the fundamental supplies required to learn. In a region where over 60% of families face severe economic hardship, basic school materials become an impossible luxury, leaving children from underprivileged backgrounds nearly four times more likely to drop out of school.

To dismantle this barrier, She Leads Too e.V. has joined forces with the Literacy Integration & Formal Education (LIFE) Foundation, an established Nigerian charity serving vulnerable communities since 2008. Together, our mission is clear: to equip 1,000 children across five public schools in Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Victoria Island, and Lagos Island with complete, high-quality education kits.

Where Your Contribution Goes:

Our targeted fundraising goal is €15,000 by Summer 2027. Every donation directly funds essential school bags, uniforms, footwear, textbooks, and writing supplies, alongside local logistics managed transparently on the ground by the LIFE Foundation.

  • €0.21 purchases 1 exercise book

  • €4.65 provides 1 durable school bag

  • €14.85 equips 1 child with a complete education kit (bag, 12 workbooks, and footwear)

  • €148.50 equips 10 children for the entire school year

  • €500.00 transforms the educational journey for 33 children

A school bag is more than a supply; it is confidence, dignity, and an open door to a brighter future. Join us in removing financial obstacles to education. Donate today or share this campaign within your network to help us ensure 1,000 students start their school year equipped, confident, and ready to lead.

Women In Leadership Program

The Women in Leadership Program is a global initiative hosted by She Leads Too e.V. in an exclusive international collaboration with The Youth Diplomacy Network (YDN). Designed to bridge the gender leadership gap from the ground up, this virtual masterclass series connects ambitious young women with female leaders driving institutional change across business, policy, and social entrepreneurship. Our inaugural series achieved massive international resonance, welcoming over 600 participants from around the world to engage in critical discussions on global advocacy, social impact, and resilient leadership. Through interactive panels and keynote addresses featuring exceptional women such as

Georgia Bell

Maria Guard

Eugenia Doreen

Madina Furkatova

Shreyaa Venkat

Chiara Zucchi

The program equips the next generation of women with actionable frameworks, quantitative skills, and strategic networks to transition from classrooms to executive roles. By providing these high-caliber educational resources completely free of charge, She Leads Too e.V. remains dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers, elevating youth voices, and preparing young women to actively shape economics, politics, and society worldwide.

The Finance Literacy Programm

The Financial Literacy Programme is a rigorous, 7-week cohort-based initiative to dismantle the financial gender gap early. Meeting for live, intensive 90-to-120-minute weekly sessions, participants engage in a comprehensive curriculum supported by structured workbooks, practical homework assignments, peer-led discussion groups, and insights from elite guest speakers. The program builds a bulletproof macroeconomic and financial foundation: beginning with structural personal finance, budgeting habits, and the mechanisms of inflation, it seamlessly transitions into the core principles of investing. Through interactive classes with industry experts, the curriculum simplifies complex economic indicators such as GDP, monetary policy, and central banking, while simultaneously diving into entrepreneurial frameworks like business modeling, scaling, and revenue generation.

The Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Programme is a dynamic, global initiative designed to expand the mission of She Leads Too e.V. across borders. Bringing together driven changemakers from 24 different countries, participants collaborate continuously on high-impact projects centered around female empowerment and leadership.

The program builds a powerful ecosystem for independent action: rather than simply following a rigid agenda, ambassadors are actively empowered to conceptualize, pitch, and realize their own ideas. Through cross-border teamwork, peer support, and structural guidance, the initiative provides the exact network needed to turn individual visions into reality.

The Chapters

The Local Chapters initiative forms the community-driven core of She Leads Too e.V., transforming our global vision into  regional impact. By establishing dedicated Chapter locations across various cities and countries, participants gain access to an active, localized network designed to foster direct connection, mentorship, and female leadership.

Each Chapter functions as an autonomous, vibrant hub: led by a local leader, these groups host interactive in-person events, organize targeted networking sessions, and spearhead grassroots initiatives tailored directly to the needs of their community. Through this decentralized structure, members build lasting professional relationships while actively shaping the future of leadership on the ground.
