Report Women In Leadership Program 2
She Leads Too is thrilled to announce the conclusion of Women In Leadership Program 2 —a webinar series hosted by She Leads Too in collaboration with The Youth Diplomacy Network (YDN).
Over the course of our second Women In Leadership Program, we welcomed 400+ participants globally who were able to engage in conversations regarding topics such as leadership, advocacy, impact, and change across the world.
This series has helped our platform and followers gain valuable insight from the following incredible women:
- Melati Wijsen, an Indonesian-Dutch Climate Activist who co-founded Bye Bye Plastic Bags and is recognized as one of the most influential teens in Time magazine. She works to empower youth globally.
- Jolina Hamdan, who knows youth education and public engagement. She speaks at global forums and has given addresses at the United Nations General Assembly Hall.
- Dana Anabekova, an intern at the United Nations who is involved in global conferences and volunteer initiatives. She consistently shares her thoughts on personal growth, studying abroad, and international careers.
- Neha Raj Pitla, an entrepreneur and founder of Global Health Reach Foundation. She continues to work for social impact and leads healthcare initiatives, outreach programs, and educational campaigns.
- Olivia Koo, a content creator and host of The Pretty Real Podcast, in which she shares behind-the-scenes content from businesses and creators. She works to advocate for personal growth, young entrepreneurship, and content creation for young people.
- Lola Schroer, a journalist and media producer. She works across radio and digital content production, inspiring youth through her consistent media presence.
- Ellie Harvey, a current student at Columbia University and a content creator. On her media platforms, she continuously raises awareness for global issues and youth empowerment.

We’re proud to announce the successful conclusion of Women in Leadership — a webinar series hosted by the She Leads Too in collaboration with The Youth Diplomacy Network (YDN)
Over the course of this series, we welcomed 600+ participants from around the world to engage in meaningful conversations on leadership, impact, advocacy, and creating change across sectors.
This series brought together an exceptional group of speakers who shared their experiences, insights, and reflections on leading with purpose:

Our newest chapters in Hong Kong, Luanda, and California will connect even more girls and young women to the She Leads Too global community, creating new opportunities to learn, lead, and make an impact together.
At She Leads Too, we empower the next generation of women to lead with confidence, purpose, and impact. Through global education, storytelling, and youth-led initiatives, we inspire girls and young women to challenge barriers, embrace leadership, and create lasting social change.
